With such a small increment of FTL couldn’t this just be a consequence of quantum indeterminacy?
No. For one thing, the second run of the OPERA experiment confirmed every neutrino is arriving early; there’s nothing indeterminate about that. But also the effect is not small, it’s macroscopic. The neutrinos are running 20 meters ahead of where they are expected to be.
